How does the payment process work?

The project starts with a 50% deposit. After design sign off and before we move into programming, we collect 25%. Once we have completed and fulfilled our scope, the final 25% is collected and your website is then scheduled for launch.

How long does it take to build a website?

Our standard websites take approximately 30 days to create. The time will vary from project to project.

Can you help me update my existing website that another web firm built?

No. We only support websites that we have fully built. We have this policy so that we can 100% stands behind everything that we craft. There are issues of liability of multiple programmers touching the code over time.

Who owns the completed website?

We provide 100% ownership to your website design. Our websites are built on WordPress and can be migrated to most hosting providers. But we’d love for you to stay with us, please let us know how we can improve our services.

I already have an existing domain name. Do I get to use it?

Yes, we can use the domain and handle it for you at no extra cost. If you wish, you can choose to keep your existing domain registrar and direct it to the website we are building.

Do you provide email accounts with your web hosting?

We do not offer e-mail hosting, but we are happy to assist you in setting up your domain name to work with Google Workspace. Both services offer excellent email hosting as well as direct integrations with office automation, collaboration tools and file storage.
